Leading a talented and experienced workforce, Badger forges forward with an experienced workforce including Bob and Gerry Lamer, long-time industry veterans, and Badger leaders. We believe that great leaders make great companies. Shawn and Erin are the continuations of strong guiding values of their predecessors, including integrity, quality, commitment, and innovation.
